I have been involved in boats all my life and spent the last twenty five years building them.

I have often received emails from people asking "how should I do this",  "how can I alter that"  or "what is the best item to use for..." so I had a look around the web and couldn't really find anywhere where people could go to ask these questions and get good, sound, responsible, yet independent, answers. This led me to launch this site in the hope that I can help you.
